  • Payments are due on the first of each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 5 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • If you cancel, you will have access to services until the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, and assets created by Sparky Elevations remain the intellectual property of Sparky Elevations until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for your business.

6. Confidentiality

  • We respect the confidentiality of your business information. An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be signed upon request.
  • You agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information shared by Sparky Elevations.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sparky Elevations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Sparky Elevations in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing strategies, as success depends on many external factors including market conditions and client participation.
  • Services are provided ‘as is’ without any warranties, express or implied.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your service if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
  • In the event of termination, you are responsible for all fees up until the termination date.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
